Hexagram 40

I.The Oracle 

A. Hexagram 40 is Xie, or Taking Apart. Variations are Deliverance and Untangled. Its lower trigram is Kan: gorge or water, and the upper trigram is Zhen: shake or thunder.   

   

B. The Judgment

   1. Deliverance. The southwest furthers.
       if there is no longer anything where one has to go, 
       Return brings good fortune.
   2. If there is still something where one has to go,  
       Hastening brings good fortune.

C. The Image

  1. Thunder and rain set in: (you heard?)
      a) The image of Deliverance.
      b) Thus the superior man pardons mistakes.
           And forgives misdeeds.
           

II. My interpretation 

A. "Deliverance"

Apart from all personification, the whole of space in which life finds itself has a malevolently spiritual character, and the "demons" themselves are as much spatial realms as they are persons. To overcome them is the same thing as to pass through them, and in breaking through their boundaries this passage at the same time breaks their power and achieves the liberation from the magic of their sphere.

Hexagram 31

I.The Oracle 

A. Hexagram thirty-one is Xian, or Conjoining. Other interpretations are influence, Wooing, and feelings. The lower trigram is Gen: bound or mountain. The upper trigram is Dui: open, swamp or forest.     

   1. Influence. Success.
       Perseverance furthers.
   2. To take a maiden to wife brings good fortune.

B. The Image

  1. A lake on the mountain:
      a) The image of influence.
      b) Thus the superior man encourages people to approach him
           By his readiness to receive them. 

II. My interpretation 

A. "Conjoining"

With this situation, we might see a person who wants to influence others towards the objective or plans that he has deduced. However, the process is somewhat distorted because there are processes to be applied, that will certainly provide a "Tried and True" successful outcome. This is assured when one has a complete understanding of the crucial elements involved in the process, and those are sincerity, truth, and goodness. Display those.

This is the stuff that will be needed in order that one might want to acquire an attitude that will generally fit that specific purpose, influencer. In essence, think good thoughts about other people, that way during those pending events such as face-to-face meetings, you are not so much overwhelmed by those bad permutations you conjured up sometime earlier in the back of your mind. Do not project so much into an event beforehand, if so, let it be at least eighty percent on the positive side. And also remember that the target you are projecting or communicating to, will also absorbed that sentiment in small understandings.

Lastly, you generally think good thoughts about others, because the power of mental projection should be factored in, in order to assure that the projected sentiment is in line with desired outcome, that is done before the process of influencing the setup. The conjoining will be the right merger because of the fact that all-elements are being applied in order to make ready for-a-genuine and unbiased future relation. All-in-All, you projected the good thought, now make the approach. If the responses are indeed valid, and correct, consider that a relationship that will last for eons via, correct cues.

Hexagram 17

I.The Oracle 

A. Hexagram seven-teen is called Sui, or Following. The lower trigram is Zhen: shake or thunder. The upper trigram is Dui: open, swamp or forest.  

   

B. The Judgment

   1. Following has supreme success.
       Perseverance furthers. No disruptions at the moment.
   2. Good Sign. Sign of the Great Sacrifice.

C. The Image

  1. The Lake is over Thunder:
      a) The image of Following.
      b) Thus the superior man at nightfall
           Goes indoors for rest and recuperation. 

II. My interpretation 

A. "Following"

With this notion, I can see a person who has decided to forgo their annotated goals and instead follow a downward path to that of an inferior inclination, but a person with bright potential, if nurtured and guided straight towards their intended goals, (will overcome all obstacles with the help of his or her Merkabah like ingested spirit and will always be moving ever forward following the eye of God. 10-17-22)

He does this in order to position himself below the selected object with the expressed notion of keeping the individual or system from systems error. Or better yet, another way to look at it is to take, for example, the scene of the "Remo Williams" movie. In that movie we see a master humbling himself below that of the "Adapt," use that word sparingly, just to train "Remo Williams." I suspect you will, old boy.

Good Morning H-23

Hexagram 23

I. The Oracle 

A. Hexagram twenty-three is related to or has reference to Peeling Off, hence, the splitting apart of something.

Another variation would be the idea of peeling off something such as an onion to get to the core of the origin. The time is not correct for drastic movements in any direction; at best stay still and wait on the will of heaven. Again, there is no advantage in whatever direction one might take at this time, if you do, take it slow.
   1. Now is not a good time to cross the great water. I say that because as the image depicts, that of the mountain which sits upon the earth. There is no movement with this instance. There is some headway if one recognizes that like the mountain keeping still fares well at this time and yield to the times of meditation and planning for upcoming strategic activities.
   2. Splitting Apart:
This is the times of Falling Apart. One must at most strengthen his or her present position by strengthening those below, that way peace and stability are ensured. Remember, the mountain has for its support the earth, in order to fortify the foundation of the mountain, it will fare well to ensure that the density of the earth, or else there will be a collapse. Help from above fortifies the foundation. The bottom of the barrel supports the contents.

B. The Image

  1. Mountain sitting on the earth
      a) In whatever you do expect little movement, except when ensuring the plans of others
      b) Thus there is no advantage in whatever direction movement is made, unless you are just lucky, the four leaf clover

II. My interpretation 

A. There is a tendency for things to collapse at this time; no matter how well planned the objectives. It’s just not the time. Again, all I can see for today is go nowhere, do nothing, take no action whatever at this time the best resolve is to ensure the plans of others, forego your own plans until a later date.

   1. Again, now is not a good time to cross the great river, in plain words, there will be going and coming with some loss. The hexagram has more to do with that bad dream you had last night, and trust me, I know you did. As the hexagram denotes while one is asleep there is an attempt to saw one of the legs of the bed by a prankster, hence, interference of sleep or a bad dream, so to speak. I did too. The core of your body is at work insuring homeostasis at this time. That could be the reasons for the hexagram warnings against any kind of activities at this time. Most hexagrams have the effects of three days before, and three days after an indicated change. In three days, there are two things about to happen, an eclipse and the spring equinox. Remember, that there is no success in seeking any destinations at this time. The weak prevail over the strong and correct. The superior person recognizes the effects of time and adheres to the fact that at this time within the continuum the inferior men will at this time be predominating. (Update 7-8-2019) Splitting apart sort of reminds one of an Earthquake. It recalls the situation of the bell curve and degrees of movement, in this incident, there are three days before and three days after the main event.

Hexagram 3

I.The Oracle 

A. Hexagram three is called Chun, or Sprouting. Various other interpretations include Gathering Support, Hoarding or Difficulty at the Beginning. Hexagram three's lower trigram is Zhen: shake or thunder. Its upper trigram is Kan: gorge or water.    

Hexagram Three is related to Difficulty at the Beginning. Another variation would be the idea of a coming together of two people, and the creation of a third, or water above and thunder below, which gives rise to wet weather and thunderstorms during this lapse of the year. Let us not forget The Three Wise Men, and there is Mary, Joseph, and Jesus.

The main idea is, I am looking at this particular hexagram on My Calendar of Days, a lot of Credence folks. I have taken the first step and, we are getting there.

     1. Now is a good time to reinforce your current position, do not seek any new goals or destinations at this time, the keyword is consolidation. Again, Difficulty at the Beginning, determination, and persistence promises great success, hence you might give out, but do not give up. Keep your focus on your desired oasis.

      2. Difficulty, stoppings and goings, we will eventually get there.

B. The Judgment

   1. Difficulty at the Beginning works supreme success 
       Furthering through perseverance.
       Nothing should be undertaken. 
   2. It furthers one to appoint helpers.
        a) Check your bearing before moving towards your planned destination, stay with the Tried and True
        b) Thus hold to your plan do not become fickle or haphazard about your personal goals, stay true to your Golden Mean.

C. The Image

  1. Clouds and thunder:
      a) The image of Difficulty at the Beginning.
      b) Thus the superior man
           Brings order out of confusion.

II. My interpretation 

A. "Sprouting"

The difficulty at the Beginning has more to do with when two people connect they will indeed create a third person, a hybrid. The relationship is a slow process, which entails difficulty at the beginning thereby lending to the desired effect of the empty-nest outcome.

So with this image, we see a child is born, learns how to walk, adapts to the social patterns of his or her proximity, finishes colleges and completes that pattern, ideally, that is what is hoped for. With this we can also see that the dangerous time is during the hour just before birth, a number of things could go wrong, Difficulty.

Difficulty followed by sublime success, that is if one stays on a righteous path, such as from the crib to college, and completes the cycle. Between the two extremes, there is a decision process, the righteous course/path brings just rewards.

   1. Once again, now is not a good time to proceed in a different direction other than the planed, revision is ok, but a complete overhaul of your plans is not warranted at this time. In another sense we might see Retrenchment, meaning hold your horses as you might want to get a good bearing on which direction the oasis you are seeking at the moment is, with confidence, locating, that oasis will hold the lifesaving water for your horses/means for the furtherance of your strategic goals. 

Do not be fooled by the distant cloud behind you as you progress. And again, it is not an auspicious time to advance forward at the moment, we are somewhat sprouting at this time, and we need also at this time to wait and appoint help. 

At this stage of the game do not force things to a premature completion, find a means to maintain and fortify your current position, even if it calls for waiting for that rain cloud behind us to catch up, which will, at any rate,  give us the vital nourishment of water and as the hexagram denotes, Growth. Remember, we can't talk and think at the same time, we first think ---> then talk. It's a slow process but, stop and think all the chances you can, that's communications. 

The Manager, knows when to halt, such as did the Three Wise Men. Three Wise Men came to the end of their journey to ensure that a Greater Wise Man should farewell on his difficult journey step by step as he starts to bring order out of confusion within this world of Thisness.

October Twenty-First ~ God's Daily Minute

“The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, faith. ” – Gal. 5:22 ~

Our Heavenly Father, we turn to Thee in gratitude for Thy goodness, and in loving dependence upon Thy grace. Thou art our shield, our strength, our guide. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Thou dost forgive our sins. We trust in Thee alone. Our feeble strength can give no security in temptations, nor firmness in trial. We humbly pray for Thy sustaining grace to-day. May Thy companionship transform our daily tasks and make our weakness strong.

Grant to us hearts of compassion for the sorrowing, tempted, hopeless ones whose lives shall touch ours to-day. May we follow our Saviour in helpful ministry, and may His Spirit go out from us to lead men unto Him Who alone can bless.

May Thy Holy Spirit enable us to set ourselves firmly against the evils which destroy the souls of men, and do our part of the work that is needed for the coming of Thy Kingdom. Help us to be faithful and true in thought, word and deed, that we may not add to the sum of the world’s evil, but may purify and enlighten all the life about us. These things we ask in the name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus’ Christ. Amen

Hexagram 41

I.The Oracle 

A. Hexagram forty- one is Sun or Diminishing. Another interpretation is Decrease. The lower trigram is Dui: open, swamp or forest. The upper trigram is Gen: bound or mountain.      

   

B. The Judgment

   1. Decrease combined with sincerity 
       Brings about supreme good fortune
       Without blame. One may be persevering in this. 
   2. It furthers one to undertake something. How is this to be carried out?
       One may use two small bowls for the sacrifice.

C. The Image

  1. At the foot of the mountain, the lake:
      a) The image of Decrease.
      b) Thus the superior man controls his anger
           And restrains his instincts.

II. My interpretation 

A. "Diminishing"

There is as noted by this hexagram loss, given the situation as it is. According to the conditions of the time, it is fitting that the strong should be diminished, and that of the weak be strengthened. With this we are seeking equilibrium which will create harmony and freedom from errors, and above all, the superior man should without whim, curb his desires and restrain his wrath.

One man walking alone is good, because if one meets two others along the way there will be communications problems when it comes time to make crucial decisions on the furtherance of the way. One walking alone will not so much create doubt about his correctness and which way to proceed.

Again, three men come, one goes and find friends of his own liking, people who have no reservations about his motives, albeit, if three friends did arrive, where he went, there will be cause for doubt due to the complexity of their friendships. Not unlike the Three Wise Men.
