Instead of reacting impulsively, they pause, think clearly, and respond appropriately. What does it mean to have composure? To have composure means to: Stay calm when circumstances become difficult. Think before speaking or acting. Maintain confidence despite uncertainty. Control emotional reactions without denying emotions. Behave respectfully and rationally under pressure.
