I.The Oracle

A. Hexagram 43 is Guai, or Parting. Additional interpretations include Breakthrough and resoluteness. The lower trigram is Qian: force or heaven. The upper trigram is Dui: open, swamp or forest.

   1. Breakthrough. One must resolutely make the matter known
At the court of the king.
   2. It must be announced truthfully. Danger.

It is necessary to notify one's own city.
   3. It does not further to resort to arms.
It furthers one to undertake something.

B. The Image

  1. The lake has risen up top heaven:
      a) The image of Breakthrough.
      b) Thus the superior man
           Dispenses riches downward
And refrains from resting on his virtue.

II. Other interpretations of:

Breakthrough

"Work-addiction," the "manager disease," the compulsive need of always having to do something in order to appear busy, also indicates the inability of modern man to find a meaning in life.

Parting, conforming -- Harvesting.

Trending towards the actual arriving (King (hood), Wang, the giver of powers makes famous and display conforming against that of adversity. we see breaking-up and again then the harmonizing effect after that of persistent, stimulations.

As we observe the journey towards achieving greatness, we often witness moments of struggle and challenge. It is during these times that we see our true strength and resilience shine through. The ability to break down barriers and overcome obstacles is what sets us apart from the rest. And with the help of those who empower us, we can rise to new levels of success and accomplishment. It is only when we persist through the difficulties that we can experience the harmonious and rewarding effects of our hard work and determination. So let us continue to strive towards our goals, inspired by those who came before us and motivated by the promise of a brighter future.
