About The Image:

A tree rises upward and its branch is covering the upper side of the image, which represents an extension of the earth. An eagle, which symbolizes a high target, is sitting on the tree. A man is riding a horse and is aiming his bow to the eagle. The horse symbolizes a foundation which is not only stable but also flexible and dynamic at the same time. The clothing of the man implies that he is a Hwarang, an an elite youth corps of old Korea. Hwarang is also known for their high spirit and loyalty, which suits well with the meaning of this hexagram.
